This allows HHO gas to be extracted from the water through the process of electrolysis. This creates Brown Gas, which is a burnable fuel. This gas is then combined to power a vehicle along with regular gasoline.</p><p>The water energy produced is safe and non-explosive. It has been tested and proven to work by Bell Laboratories. There are not peer-reviews, but there are anecdotal reports and evidence. It is also being reported that the government and corporations are conversing with the developers of water gas. Many videos are on the Internet that demonstrate the process of using water and creating Brown Gas, in addition to personal testimonies and experts.</p><p>Using water energy to improve gas mileage is a new phenomenon, but as the price of gas continues climbing, more and more individuals are converting their vehicles to run on water gas.
