Have you ever adopted a great new success habit?

Reading more? Writing? Exercising? Developing marketing ideas in your business? Something else?

Let me ask you:

Are you still doing it?

Everyone at some point can relate to quitting on a new habit.

But WHY did you stop?

I can tell you why in 6 words:

It - didn't - make - you - feel - good.

Something about it didn't make you feel good.

That's the sole reason.

Think about it - you'll see that is why people quit great new success habits 99% of the time.

But here's the thing:

IT IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

It is just not good enough to quit on a new habit.

You don't even give it a chance if you do this.

You let it down.

How would you feel if you start a new job and just 2 days in your new employer told you he was disappointed in you, that he'd expected you to be producing fantastic results ALREADY?!

You'd be shocked, right?!

It just doesn't happen that quickly.

In fact, if anything you probably slow down the work place for the first week, stopping others doing their jobs by asking them questions, etc.

You need TIME.

Time to settle in. Time to figure out what's what. Time to be effective and time to make a difference.

If your employer gives you that time, then you can become a GREAT employee.

"But Lee, what does this have to do with my success habits?"

Well, just as you can be a great EMPLOYEE given time...

You now need to be a great EMPLOYER!

You need to EMPLOY your new success habits.

And you need to GIVE them the tool they need to do their job - TIME.

And it's giving your new habits the *Tool of Time* that will make you a GREAT employer.

And that's why they will serve you well.

If they appear to slow you down and DISRUPT things at first - WAIT! Don't quit on them.

Give them time to settle in. Time to figure out what's what. Time to be effective and time to make a difference.

The Habits are doing their job.

Give those new habits a chance and time to make a difference.

Because it only hurts you in the long run if you don't.

Look after your 'Staff' (of habits).

Give them time to grow.

Help them to develop.

And your 'Business' (of life) will thrive.

RECRUIT and EMPLOY a Success Habit today ;)
