You are Psychic too?
Has this happened to you?
Driving home
You drive home in your car the same way everyday. You know the road inside out. However you arrive home park the car switch off the engine and think to yourself... "How did I get here? "Did I stop at the traffic lights? "Was there anyone on the crossing?" " Oh, my gaw'd I don't remember driving at all."
Meeting new people
Has this occurred as well? You walk into a room full of people you do not know. You notice an individual on the other side of the room who you think appears "nice" you consciously think. I will make my way over to him/her. You turn round to talk to another person and when the conversation has finished the very individual you were aiming for is right next to you?
Long lost friend
This one is very common. You are busy with house hold tasks. You are quietly getting through jobs and perhaps thinking about an old friend that you have not heard from for ages. Then a little while later the phone rings and oh my goodness it is the old friend on the other end of the line. You say "How amazing I was just thinking about you!"
Your Own Psyche
If you can say yes to one of the above situation then you have been functioning through your psyche at that point in time. You are physically present but your mind is in another realm or place.
These are the expressions we use when a person is functioning from within their psyche
"Her mind is not on the job"
"She drifts off all the time"
"Pay attention and listen"
"She is such a day dreamer"
"He lives in another world"
What is the point? Here are some simple benefits
Once you accept that this part of you is real you can then train it to assist you. Did you know that the psyche can do the following things for you?
Help you find missing objects.
You can send out signals mentally to people to get in touch with you.
Wake your self up without and alarm clock.
Open up your mind to new opportunities.
Learn to trust you instincts
Get in touch with your other inner senses.
Calm you mind down then listen to the silence within you.
How can you develop this?
Learning how to develop this part of you takes time and commitment. Just like dieting or going to the gym. Exactly the same thing. Practice practice and practice some more.
Easy System that always works
1.Turn off the TV telephone & mobile
2. Find a comfy chair
3. Sit up right, feet flat on the ground arms at sides
4. Close your eyes. Look at the inside of your eyelids.
5. Listen to your breathing, feel the air in your nose
6. Notice the chatter in your head, tell it to stop
7. Sit absolutely still. Do not fall asleep.
8. Start slowly counting from 25 down to 0
9. At zero your mind will be at rest.
10. Stay in this silence for 15 mins.
Open you eyes and stretch and get on with your day.
Do this every day for 7 days and on the 8th write down something that you want to change in your life
You might want write something like this:
I want to sleep right through the night without a visit to the loo!
I want to be on time for work every day.
I want to be refreshed and happy every morning.
I want to be relaxed and happy with my family.
I want to experience joy in my life.
In fact anything that you would like to have that creates a changed situation for you. The Psyche will assist you in achieving the results that you want.
The main function of the psyche is to be of service to you. It is your aid or helper in your inner world. It is constantly trying to get your attention. Learning to listen to your inner voice takes practice.
