SALVATION

"But as for those who believe and do good works, We shall bring them into gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. It is a promise from Allaah in truth; and who can be more truthful than Allaah in utterance?" Qur'aan (An-Nisaa) 4:122.

Qur'an is the Last Testament, revealed by God. Muslims' salvation is in the Qur'an, not through crucifixion. Salvation is based on correct belief and good works in accordance with what Allaah has ordained to the Prophets. By the Mercy of Allaah, we can enter Paradise: But do you think His Mercy will fall on people who are disobedient to His laws? Mere human beliefs and actions are devoid of merits if those things are contrary to His Laws and Guidance. Not all good in human eyes and understanding are good in the sight of Allaah. For instance, we only pray to Allaah if we like, fast as we like, and do good things according to our own interpretation. We must understand things commanded by Allaah as what the Prophets did understand.

THE WAY OF THE PROPHETS
In Islam, the Prophets of God are the perfect exemplars for human beings. When Allaah gave laws, He also sent Prophets to interpret and demonstrate the correct way, for instance;
1) How to choose leaders
2) How to fight in the cause of God
3) When and how to pray
4) How to fast
5) How to uphold human rights
6) How to maintain relationship with our parents
7) Not to eat the foods that Allaah has prohibited
8) How to wear clothes
9) How to go to sleep
10) How to have sexual relationship
11) How to do business, etc.

PRAYER
Allaah has told us to make "Wudho" (ablution) before prayer, and apply "Tayamuum" when there is no water. "Tayamuum" is by rubbing your palms on the clean dust then to your face and arms (Qur'aan 4:43; 5:6). In prayer Muhammad (pbuh) demonstrated to us how to perform it. He taught us the proper and correct way of prayers in any place of worship. When the Prophets worshipped Allaah, they performed "Wudho" and prostrated to the ground, including Jesus Christ (pbuh) (Exodus 40:31-32, Matthew 26:39).

FASTING
Fasting will start from early dawn and will end early sunset, when the Adhan of the Magreb Prayer begins. In fasting no water or food is allowed to enter your body. Smoking is not allowed. Actually, Islamic scholars today made fatwa (verdict) that smoking is Haram even outside fasting because it has been proven to be harmful in the human body and other people that surround the smoker: "... let there be amongst you traffic and trade by mutual good-will: nor kill (or destroy) yourselves: for verily Allaah hath been to you Most Merciful." (Qur'aan An-Nisa 4:29).

Muhammad (pbuh) in detail demonstrated perfectly to us from the smallest thing, while the highest of all is to respect and call our Creator Allaah. In contrary there are people today who fast according to their own mentality, not according to the Prophets. For instance, they will fast only 3 days a year; in their fasting they will drink water, eat food and what is only prohibited is to abstain from eating meat. That kind of fasting is contrary to Islam and the teachings of the Prophets.

SALVATION (ETERNAL LIFE) ACCORDING TO JESUS CHRIST
A young man came to Jesus Christ (pbuh) and said "... Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?..., Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God. Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honor thy father and mother. And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth. Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. " Mark 10:17 -21 (KJV). Jesus Christ (pbuh) did not want to be called good! He objected to the young man's calling him, "good master." How much more if you call him God? According to Jesus Christ (pbuh) salvation that is eternal life, is by keeping the laws and having mercy to the poor. He never said that salvation (eternal life) was through his blood and by the grace of God.

JESUS (PBUH) WAS ASKED
(Mark 12:29 KJV) "And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:"

SIN IS NOT INHERITED
(Duet. 24:16 KJV) "The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin." (Ezek. 18:20 KJV) "The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him."

EVILDOERS WHO CALL JESUS CHRIST LORD!
"Many will say to me LORD, LORD, did we not prophesy in YOUR NAME? Did we not drive out demons in YOUR NAME? Did we not do mighty deeds in YOUR NAME? THEN I WILL DECLARE TO THEM SOLEMNLY, I NEVER KNEW YOU. DEPART FROM ME, YOU EVILDOERS." Matt. 7:22-23 (THE NEW AMERICAN BIBLE, 1987)

Why will Jesus Christ (pbuh) say to them "DEPART FROM ME, YOU EVIL DOERS." Jesus Christ (pbuh) knew that there was only One God since the beginning of the creation. To call Lord other than the Creator (God) of the Universe is a great sin and a negation of the first commandment. Hence, calling himself (Jesus Christ-pbuh) Lord is a blasphemy against God. To remind them, Jesus (pbuh) quoted 100% in verbatim, the Law of God given to Moses: Deuteronomy 6:4; "HEAR, O ISRAEL, THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD."

Therefore, salvation is far from those people who call "LORD" other than Allaah, and according to Jesus Christ (pbuh) they are "EVILDOERS." The greatest of all sins is to worship other than Allaah (God), and to call Rabb (Lord) other than Allaah.

Who are calling Jesus Christ (pbuh) "Lord"? The Muslims never call him to be Lord, rather the Christians themselves are calling him (Jesus Christ-pbuh) "LORD". What is the use of having perfect relationship with fellow human beings, yet he calls Lord (God) other than the Creator of the Universe?

Allaah says, "They surely disbelieve who say: Lo! Allaah is the Messiah, son of Mary. The Messiah (himself) said: O Children of Israel worship Allaah, my Lord and your Lord. Lo! whosoever ascribeth partners unto Allaah, for him Allaah hath forbidden Paradise. His abode is the Fire. For evildoers there will be no helpers." Qur'aan (Surah Al-Maida) 5:72.
